Black Belt Baby!

Last weekend I tested for my black belt- Tae Kwon Do- and passed! It's been a LONG time coming but I made it and it feels great!
It was a grueling 2 day test. Day 1 featured 5 hour endurance training including a 12 km run, about an hour of speed kicking etc. Day 2 was more mentally straining. Breaking 10 boards with various kicks and demonstrations in front of a full room including TKD Masters and Grand Masters.

I did it - next step; train for 12 months and test for 2nd dan!
